Our Corporate Responsibility

At Elementus we understand that our business should be about more than just profit.



A successful business has a responsibility to its customers, its shareholders, its employees, its suppliers, its partners, the community and the environment.



We have created a robust culture where all these stakeholders are integrated into our business decisions.



We summarise our successes under the four headings of Our Workplace, The Environment, Our Marketplace and Our Local Community.

Some of our achievements in 2010

• ISO 14001 accreditation maintained
• We hosted four work experience students from local schools
• Took part in the University of Sussex internship programme by hosting a student for 6-week
• Provided case studies for the Macmillan Cancer and Working project
• Raised or donated over £4,500 to various charities
• £2023 was sponsored by staff to colleagues raising money for their own charities
• Donated over 180 hours of employee time to support various charity and educational initiative
• We held a community day at the Springboard Project
• Local charities have received free or at cost services
• Provided free seminars, training and guides to over 200 people
• Introduced a maximum emission limit for our company car fleet of 160g CO2/km
• We were surveyed by Best Companies as part of their Accreditation and The Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies. We gained a 1 star accreditation.
