Health and Safety
At Elementus we are committed to pursuing excellence in everything we do and this includes the management of our own health and safety.
It is our policy to do all that is reasonable to prevent personal injury and damage to property, and to protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards.
Our policy relates not only to our employees but also includes visitors, contractors, customers and the public in so far as they come into contact with us and/or our function.
We have particular responsibility to:
- Provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, taking account of statutory requirements
- Provide the necessary training and instruction for employees to perform their work in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide all necessary safety devices and protective equipment, supervision and appropriate maintenance and training in their use
- Ensure employees are consulted and involved with health and safety matters applicable to the Company’s activity in order to maintain a constant and continuing interest
- Ensure that any articles designed, manufactured and installed are, so far as is reasonably practical, safe and without risks to health and safety when properly used.
